A regular running over 10 km in the terrain in preparation for the Olympic Triathlon - probably at the end of August 2019.

TRX-Force Family: regenerative run in the evening after work - really highly recommended!

The Olympic Triathlon on Saturday, 20 July 2019, successfully completed in the basic endurance area 2 (pulse rate of 70 to 80% of the maximum pulse). Under a continuous load of about 5 hours and 30 minutes each of us burned more than 5000 kcal. The physical strain in this area has certainly significantly improved our energy production below the anaerobic threshold.
